Annie M. Willis

Annie M. Willis was born October 20, 1931 to the late Howard Blackwell and Hattie Brooks in Dumas, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her parents and her two brothers, Climie and Willie Blackwell.

Annie worked for the City of Chicago as a Clerk. Married Louis Willis in 1970 and relocated to Decatur, Georgia in 1981. She was employed with Dekalb County, Georgia until her retirement in 1997.

Annie and her husband traveled around the country. She was an excellent cook, loved her music and loved to dance. She had a beautiful personality, godly spirit and a sweet loving heart and loyal to her friends and family. She leaves to cherish precious memories her husband of 53 years, Louis Willis, all family members and many friends.
