Mrs. Wylene Morris, age 81, of Canton died November 5, 2012. Wylene (Meme to all her grandchildren) was born in a small south Alabama town just outside Dothan. Wylene's career ended with J.C.Penney's where she worked for 20 years as an award-winning interior designer. Her trademark everything has to be in balance kept all her clients satisfied and kept her in the Million Dollar Membership. Wylene was an Associate Member of the American Society of Interior Designers. She was also a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution - Palm Beach Chapter and the Atlanta Young Matrons Circle for Tallulah Falls. Wylene was a loving, caring, giving person who will be forever and deeply missed by her husband, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and siblings. She is survived by her husband John, daughters Monica Morris, Julie Budnik and son Dr. Clifford Morris; sister Sue Bailey; brothers Marcus and Earl Armstrong; and was predeceased by her brother Howard Armstrong. Also surviving her are grandchildren Kristen Byron, Justin Morris, Ben Morris, Jordan Budnik and Brooke Budnik; and great grandchildren Mac Morris and Olivia Byron. Wylene will always be remembered for her light-up-the-room personality, edgy sense of humor, her exceptional strength of character, patriotism, courage and devotion to her family and friends. A memorial service for family and close friends will be held Friday, November 9 at 2 p.m. in the chapel at Hospice Atlanta. In lieu of flowers, Wylene asked that donations be made to the Salvation Army to feed the hungry.
