Adam Christopher Bailey, 33, was born to Debra and Jeffrey Bailey on August 20, 1982 in LaCrosse, Wisconsin.
Adam had a smile that could unequivocally light up any room. His smile was a reflection of a simple mantra that he carried with him every day: love life.
From early on, Adam's magnetic personality drew people into his orbit. His humor, kindness, charm and strength were just a few of the traits that made him such a wonderful son, brother, friend, teammate and coworker.
In 2000, Adam graduated from Stone Mountain High School. His love of competition would bring him to Fort Valley State where he played tight end and fullback for the university football team. His appreciation for team sports would stay with him. While at FVSU, Adam became a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity before graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration /Management in 2005. Two years ago, Adam earned his Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University.
Since 2011, Adam worked for Emory Healthcare. Initially hired as a Service Ambassador he was quickly promoted to Manager of Business Operations for Service Management and later Project Manager for the Clinic Operations Support team.
Although Adam was a consummate professional by day, his alter ego manifested during the weekends. At various venues in the metro Atlanta area, "Red Bull Da MC" could be found livening up any party. Hosting allowed him to showcase his outgoing personality and share his energy with the world.
For Adam, traveling was a passion and a way of life. His curiosity and enthusiasm for experiencing new things was infectious. He had an ability to relate to people from all walks of life as if he had never met a stranger.
Amongst his family and friends, Adam was well known for his caring and generous nature. More than any fleeting material trapping, Adam gave people undeniable friendship.
Adam was a wonderful son, brother, uncle, grandson, cousin and nephew who constantly provided warm-hearted energy and unconditional love. He possessed an uncanny ability to make those he cared about feel special and supported.
