Adolf Juran

Mr. Adolf "Al" Juran, 92, of Decatur died Tuesday June 22, 2010. Mr. Juran was a World War II Army Veteran and Life Member of the Disabled American Veterans. He retired in 1977 after serving for two decades as a Project Planner and Architect for the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Howard Juran, and daughter, Marguerita J. Smith. Mr. Juran is survived by two grandsons, Dr. Randy Smith and Mark Smith; three great grandchildren; niece, Ann (Bill) M. Morat, Lilburn and several other nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held in Decatur City Cemetery at 10:00 am on Friday June 25, 2010 with Rev. James R. Styles officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Music Fund of Decatur First United Methodist Church, 300 East Ponce de Leon Avenue, Decatur, GA 30030. Visitation will begin at 9:00 am Friday morning at A. S. Turner & Sons.
