Alan Beck

Mr. Alan Beck, age 50, of Atlanta, passed away suddenly at his home on April 24, 2012. He is survived by his parents, Janet W. Beck and John I. Beck, Jr.; sisters, Suzanne Beck Williams and husband, Bill and Katie Beck-Hillman and husband, Trey; niece, Brittany Williams; nephew, Truman Williams; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who loved him. Alan was an Eagle Scout and a member of Sigma Nu Fraternity. He devoted his life to helping others and was a devout Christian. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons on Saturday, April 28th at 12:00 PM. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Macon, GA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Briarcliff Animal Clinic in his memory. The family will receive friends beginning at 11:00 AM on Saturday at A. S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home & Crematory.
