Anais Francis Stewart

Anais Francis Stewart, beloved daughter of Malcolm LenCharles Stewart and Brenda Wardrett Stewart, was born January 11, 1993 in Decatur, Georgia. She gave her body back to the dust and her soul to the Lord on Thursday, July 8, 2021. She leaves to cherish her memory: her parents; grandfather, Lenchow Stewart of Columbus, OH; grandmother, Bessie M. Wardrett of Newport News, VA; uncles, Dale Stewart of Columbus, OH; and Jimmie Wardrett Jr of Newport News, VA; aunts, Phyllis Wardrett Miller of Lithonia, GA; cousins, Shaka Owens (Jordan, Mason and Logan), Ayanna Miller, Shayla Miller Sturkey (Gia), JaVon Wardrett, Michelin Wardrett, Michelle Wardrett, Prince Wardrett, Tamika Wardrett, and Shakethia Wardrett; and many other relatives and friends. She attended and graduated from Chamblee High School in DeKalb County, GA. She furthered her education by attending Oberlin College in Ohio and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 2015. In addition to her passion for analysis, she enjoyed promoting social justice, an avid reader, traveling and spending time with family and friends. Although she is leaving us far too soon, we hope the many people who love her will honor her life and keep her in loving memory.
