Andrew John Belton

Mr. Andrew John Belton of Atlanta passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2019.

Mr. Belton was born in Toronto, Ontario Canada son of the late John Holdsworth Belton and Anne Rumsey Belton. He attended Mc Master University in Hamilton, Ontario. Andy had a forty-eight year career as an accountant. There wasn’t a problem he didn’t love to solve. After leaving accounting, he dedicated his time to his church. This final role allowed his light to shine. He loved birds and gardening, and anything that had to do with water (especially the cottage Up North and Florida beaches). He lived his life doing good for others and loved his family so dearly.

Survivors include his wife, Gloria Jean Belton of Atlanta; two daughters: Laura Anne Woods, and her husband Michael Woods of Norwich England and Lindsay Belton Paugh, and her husband, Brian John Paugh of Atlanta; sister Phoebe Anne Belton of St. Catharines, Ontario; brother David Rumsey Beltonof Montreal, Quebec; and a grandson, Maxwell Andrew of Norwich England.
