Anita Hutton Brown

Anita Hutton Brown, 87, of Clarkston, died October 8, 2011. A 55 year member of Clarkston United Methodist Church, Mrs. Brown was a retired medical claims processor for the Travelers Insurance Co. After retirement, she and her husband traveled in RV's all across America and visited each of the contiguous 48 states. A loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend, she will be missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph D. Brown and is survived by her daughters, Donna Tribble of Kennesaw and Janet Hickey of Cleveland TN; sons, Stephen Brown of Douglasville, Patrick Brown of Lawrenceville and Michael Brown of Buford; 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; sister Doris Livesay of Jonesboro IL; brother, Marvin Hutton of Bourbonnais IL; several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be 11 AM, Monday, October 10th, at Raleigh United Methodist Church, in Meriwether County. Rev. Stephan A. Brown will officiate and burial will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Clarkston UMC, 3919 Church St, Clarkston GA 30021. The family will receive friends 3-5 and 6-8 Sunday at A. S. Turner & Sons, 404-292-1551.
