Bertha Hooten Couch

Bertha Hooten Couch, 87, of Snellville, formerly of Tucker died Thursday, March 20, 2008.  Mrs. Couch was a retired Dietician from the DeKalb County School System and a member of North Decatur Presbyterian Church.  Born and raised in Coweta County, she was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years Mr. Albert Roy Couch.  Surviving are her daughter, Gayle Couch Owen; grandchildren, Andrea and Steven Oliver, Greg and Sara Owen; great grandchildren, Ross, Kyle, and Madison Oliver, Samantha Dawson and Rylee Owen, all of Snellville; sister-in-law, Cornelia Couch Cunningham of Newnan; and nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 22nd in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons.  Rev. Arch Baker will officiate.  Interment Floral Hills Memory Gardens.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Friday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
