Ms Bessie “Lee” Jones (April 28,1930) of Scottdale, GA passed away February 8, 2019.
Lee was a longtime member and Sunday school teacher at Ingleside Presbyterian Church in Clarkston. She had a 43 year long career as a bookkeeper at Scottdale and GA Duck Mills.
Lee is preceded in death by her parents Bessie and John Jones, sisters, Winnie Dolan, Ruth Crutchfield, Lois Downs, and brother John Jones.
Lee is survived and will be terribly missed by nieces Shirley (Phillip) Pendley of Social Circle, GA, Ann (Ray) Myers of Blairsville, GA, nephew Dick (Debbie) Becker of Cape Corral, FL and a multitude of great nieces and nephews. Her graveside service at Melwood Cemetery on Sunday February 10, 2019 at 2 pm. The family will accept visitors on Saturday February 9, 2019 from 5-7 pm at A. S. Turner & Sons
