Betty Fregosi

Betty Carroll Fregosi, 95, passed away July 10, 2020. She is survived by her daughters, Giulia Galvin (Jim), Andrea Massell (Roger), and son, Albert Fregosi Jr. (Carroll); six grandsons, James, Michael, and William Galvin, Christopher Massell (Shaheena), Jonathan Massell (Sydney), and Paul Fregosi (Ashley), and granddaughter, Christian Boccia (PJ); three great-grandsons, Brayden and Carter Boccia, Hudson Fregosi, and great-granddaughter, Chaney Massell as well as many nieces and nephews.
Betty Carroll Fregosi was born in Draketown, GA on March 17, 1925, the daughter of John O. Carroll and Sarah Bishop Carroll. Betty graduated from Crawford W. Long School of Nursing in 1948 where she met and married Dr. Albert Fregosi. Betty was an avid gardener and wonderful cook. She also enjoyed painting and playing golf. We remember hearing her singing joyfully while she went about her daily activities. Betty's Christian faith was very important to her, and she lived a full life as a loving wife, mother and grandmother who was truly loved and will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.
A small graveside service will be held with Betty's immediate family at Floral Hills Memory Gardens, Thursday, July 16, 2020. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association of Georgia.
