Betty Jo Spiegel Sams

Mrs. Betty Jo Spiegel Sams of Snellville died Tuesday, June 7, 2005. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl M. W. Sams, and daughter, Donna Marisa Sams. She is survived by daughters, Cheryl Sams Long of Snellville, Teresa Sams Jackson of Kennesaw; son, John Wayne Sams of Lawrenceville; sister, Faye Hayes of Newnan; 5 grandchildren, Cheri Tarpley Dourron, Stephen Sams, Stephanie Dupree Seaman, Jonathan Long, Melissa Long; and 3 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 9th. Burial will follow in Westview Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
