Betty Lowe

Betty Bagley Lowe, age 70, a resident of Stone Mountain, GA, passed away on August 5, 2004.  She was born in Forsyth County, Georgia, on August 2, 1934 to B. J. Bagley and Macye Gibbs Bagley of Buford, GA.  She is survived by her husband, Jimmy H. Lowe; daughter, Cindy Lowe Niles; grandsons, Peter L. Niles, Jason L. Niles and his fiancÚe Kristina K. Sarosy; granddaughter, Christy B. Niles of Snellville, GA; brother, John B. Bagley and his wife Sharon H. of Atlanta; sister-in-law, Carleene L. Allen and her husband Charles D.; and many beloved family members, friends and neighbors.  She was preceded in death by her son, Chris Lacy Lowe.  Betty was gifted with many extraordinary talents which included a flair for interior design, evident throughout her beautiful home.  Baking cakes and divinity were her specialties.  Her grand passion for lovely flowers showcased world-class gardens.  Her loving and generous spirit will be forever missed.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 10, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons. Interment will be at Westview Cemetery.  The family will receive loved ones Monday, August 9, from 6 ? 9 p.m. at A. S. Turner & Sons.  404-292-1551
