Betty Tuck

Betty Jean Tuck, 89, of Decatur, Georgia peacefully died March 26, 2025 at her residence. She was born June 18, 1935 in Athens, Georgia to the late Robert and Sara Bennett Powell. She married Fred Tuck and together raised two children, Greg and David.

Betty was creative, passionate, and outgoing. She was known for her unwavering love and support for her family. Being a mother and grandmother brought her the most happiness. She was a reliable source of joy and comfort. Her memory will forever be cherished in the hearts of her family and friends.

Betty is preceded in death by her father Robert, mother Sara, brother Bill, and husband Fred. She is survived by her loving sons Greg and David, dearest daughter-in-law Laura, and cherished grandchildren Kathryn and David Jr.

Graveside service will be held Monday March 31, 2025 beginning at 11:00 AM at Decatur City Cemetery, Bell St Decatur, Georgia 30033.
