Beulah M. Cochran

Beulah M. Cochran, 93, of Decatur, died January 18, 2011. A native of Atlanta, Miss Cochran was a retired manager for the GSA of the federal government, where she worked for over 35 years. Miss Cochran was a former member of Grant Park Baptist and a long time member of Briarlake Baptist Church, where she belonged to the choir and Sunday school program. She enjoyed traveling across America and observing the beauty and splendor of many states, including Hawaii and Alaska. With her friends, Miss Cochran traveled to many countries around the world. She is survived by her nephew and his wife, George and Carolyn Jenkins of Palos Heights IL. The funeral service for Beulah Cochran will be held at 10 am, Friday, January 21, in the chapel of Briarlake Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Sullivan officiating. Interment, Westview Cemetery in Atlanta. The family will receive friends 1-3 Thursday afternoon at A. S. Turner & Sons
