Mrs. Beverly C. Waters, 76, of Tucker, GA died Wednesday, November 4, 2009. She was preceded in death by her husband Major Worth Hewett. Mrs. Waters is survived by her daughter, Rita Mitchell of Lawrenceville; step-son, Tim Hewett of Tucker; and grandson, Travis Mitchell of Lawrenceville. Funeral services will be held Monday, November 9, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons. Interment Melwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Atlanta Humane Society, 981 Howell Mill Rd., Atlanta, GA 30318. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. Sunday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
