Billy Watkins

Billy Watkins, age 71, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2024, in Decatur, GA.

Billy is survived by his two loving daughters, Amber Cassel of Tucker, GA, and Ashley Watkins of Atlanta, GA. He was a devoted father who cherished his time with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frances and Frank Watkins, and his beloved spouse, Sandra Watkins.

A service to honor Billy's life will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at A.S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home & Crematory. Family and friends are invited to come and celebrate his life and share memories.

Billy will be remembered for his warmth, kindness, and the love he had for those close to him. His presence will be greatly missed, but the memories he created will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
