Bonnie Jean Lowery

Bonnie Jean Erwin Lowery (aka Sugar) age 64 of Stone Mountain, Georgia passed away on Wednesday November 18, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband Jeff Lowery and her parents, Clara Belle Erwin and Robert G. Erwin. She is survived by brothers and sisters-in-law Robert and Malinda Erwin of Commerce, GA, Van and Millie Erwin of Sandy Springs, GA, sister and brother-in-law Roberta and Steve McHugh of Greenville, SC, sister Rosanne Hill of Cartersville, GA, and numerous nieces and nephews and her cat, Bob. She was employed by the WD-40 Company for 29 years. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 207 in Tucker, GA, the Nathaniel Greene Chapter of the DAR, and the Greenville 51 Chapter of the UDC. She was a loving daughter, sister, and aunt and surrounded by a world of friends. She never met a stranger and was everybody’s “Sugar.” Although she never had children, she adored them. She loved all animals big and small. She loved Hallmark movies and dancing the night away doing the Funky Chicken. Due to Covid-19 a memorial service will be held at a later date.
