Boyce Edwin Thomas

Mr. Boyce Edwin Thomas, Sr. died May 12, 2008. He was born October 21, 1924. Mr. Thomas was a Sergeant in the U. S. Army serving in the European Theatre during World War II. He was a retired Captain with the City of Atlanta Fire Department. Mr. Thomas was preceded in death by his wife, Mozelle, in 2001. He is survived by his daughters, Cheryl (Richard) Lee and Angela Bauman; sons, Butch and Perry Thomas; 2 granddaughters, 6 grandsons; and 5 great grandsons. Services will be held Thursday, May 15th at 1:00 p.m. at A. S. Turner & Sons, Rev. Bobby Swafford officiating. The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
