Mr. Carl Hillard Arnold “Doug”, 92, a longtime resident of Decatur died Friday, April 3, 2009. He was a beloved and devoted husband, father and grandfather. Mr. Arnold was preceded in death by his son Marvin Douglas Arnold. He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Johnnie C. Arnold; two daughters, Katherine “Kay” Goff of Lilburn, Rebecca Jean Arnold of Biloxi, MS; granddaughter, Amy Goff of Tucker. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 6th at 2:00 PM in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons. Interment will be at Rehoboth Cemetery.
