Carole Jean Hague

Heaven just became more joyful and full of laughter. Carole Jean McKenzie Hague died June 2, 2014 at the age of 70. Her love of children and helping others led her to volunteering at various elementary schools in Florida and Georgia, and in recent years became an honorary volunteer at Marbut Elementary in DeKalb County. She loved music, especially the 50's and 60's, and sang in several choirs at Calvin Court and at Peachtree Presbyterian Church in Atlanta. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred A. Hague and her brother, Charles R. McKenzie Jr. She is survived by her children, Michael Hague and Debby Bell; her sister, Monte (Allen) Beech, and brother, Leonard (Debby) McKenzie; and several grandchildren. Visitations will be held at 1:00pm and a memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Wednesday June 4th at A. S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home at 2773 North Decatur Road, Decatur, Georgia, 30033.
