Carolyn Elizabeth Mccollum

Carolyn Elizabeth McCollum, 85, of Decatur, Ga., passed away on Monday November 11, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband Roy William McCollum. She is survived by her sister, Vicki Gray of Pinellas Park, FL, her children; Debbie Krause, Teresa McElveen and her husband, Fred, David McCollum and his wife Saunders, Chris McCollum and Cynthia McCollum. She was blessed to also have 7 grandchildren; Jason Krause, Christina Martin, Bryan McElveen, Justin McElveen, Corey McElveen, Ashley McCollum and John McCollum and 12 great grandchildren.

Carolyn was born April 20, 1934 in Bradenton, FL to the late William Everett Arthur and Annabelle Brown. She was later adopted by Paul Hullinger. Carolyn attended Crawford Long Nursing School in Atlanta, GA during which time she met and married her husband Roy in 1953. They both enjoyed travel, snow skiing, scuba diving and trips to the beach. Carolyn & Roy were members of Oak Grove United Methodist Church in Decatur, GA.
