Charlene Davis

Malya Charlene Christopher Davis, 75, of Athens, GA passed away on May 12, 2014, after an extended illness. Charlene was born on August 4, 1938, in Decatur, DeKalb County, Georgia, to Charles Arthur Christopher and Margaret Pearl Hudson. Mrs Davis was preceded in death by her husband Robert Charles Davis, her sister Charlie Saluel Christopher League, and brother Alan Burton Christopher. Survivors include her brother and sister in laws, Leonard and Barbara Davis of Athens, GA. Nieces , Allison (Hutch) Porter of Jefferson, Jennifer (Jake) Myers of Monroe. Great niece, Amie Hodge and
Great nephew Dane Myers. Her body will be cremated, and a memorial service will be held Thursday, May 15th, 2014 at 6:30 pm. The service will be held at Harmony Baptist Church, 1310 Harmony Church Road Monroe, GA 30655. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
