Charles Albert Green

Charles (Charlie) Albert Green of Marietta, GA passed away on June 6, 2018. He was born at Emory Hospital on April 26, 1939 and grew up in Decatur, GA. Charlie graduated from Decatur High School and attended Georgia Tech. He was a member of American Legion Post #29 and was owner of Green Printing Co. He was previously married to Sybil De Loach. Charlie is survived by three children: Angela H Kay (Russell) of Piedmont, SC; Cynthia L Frazier (Brian) Marietta, GA; and Douglas M. Green of Davie, FL., as well as grandchildren Georgia Caroline Kay of Piedmont, S.C. and Logan Frazier from Marietta, GA. Other survivors include brother, John Green (Doris) and sister, Betsy Moore (Donald) along with many nephews and nieces. Charlie was preceded in death by his father, John H. Green, Jr., mother, Helen C. Green and step-mother Juanita C. Green.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 16, 2018 from 11:00am-1:00 p.m. at
A.S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home in Decatur, GA. with a Memorial Service in the Chapel at Turners at 1:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, SC Chapter in honor of Georgia Caroline Kay.
