Charles Allen Harris, Sr.

Mr. Charles Allen Harris, Sr., 65, of Decatur died Friday, June 27, 2008. A native of Ocilla, GA, he was born on November 21, 1942 to Charles Polk Harris and Ethel Louise Watson Harris. Mr. Harris served in the United States Air Force and the Air Force Reserve for five years.  He worked as a computer technician for Bell South for 29 years. He is preceded in death by both of his parents. Mr. Harris is survived by his sons, Charles Allen Harris, Jr. of Glendale, CA, Jon Wesley Harris and his wife Janice Linden-Reed of Alameda, CA; and granddaughter, Morgan Tara Harris of Alameda, CA.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 3rd at 11:00 A. M. at A. S. Turner & Sons. Chaplain Jennifer Hornbuckle will officiate. Interment will take place at Ocilla City Cemetery.   A. S. Turner & Sons
