Charles Edward Heinold, 85, of Tucker, died December 8, 2011. Mr. Heinold served his country during WWII in the U. S. Navy, having earned the Purple Heart for being injured in combat. He was retired after 36 years of service with the Nolan Company, where he was the credit manager. Mr. Heinold was a faithful member of Briarlake Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Libby Heinold; sons, Mike Heinold and Bryan Heinold; sister, Mildred Bethea, and brother, James Heinold. The funeral service will be held 3 PM, Sunday, December 11, in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons with Rev. Rodney Webb and his wife, Susie, officiating. Interment, Floral Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends 5-7 Saturday evening at A. S. Turner & Sons.
