Charles Edward Wilson

Mr. Charles Edward Wilson, 83, of Monroe, passed away on Sunday, March 25, 2012. He was born in Fabius Township, IA to Willie Bruce Wilson and Edith Elsie Hamm. Charles served in the U.S. Army. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years Elizabeth Wilson, daughters; Charlotte Daugherty and Linda Rieckman, four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He was our Hero. Funeral services will be held on Monday April 2, 2012 at 11:30 AM in the chapel of A.S. Turner and Sons with Rev. Larry T. Burgess officiating. Interment will follow at 2:00 PM at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The National Foundation for Transplants, Georgia Transplant Fund in honor of Liz Rieckman 5350 Poplar Avenue., Suite 430 Memphis, TN 38119. A.S.
