Charles N. Landers, Sr., passed away March 14, 2016 at home in Tucker, Ga. Born October 18, 1924, to Charles (Elsie) Norman Landers in Atlanta, Ga. After serving 7 years in the U.S. Navy, Charlie married the love of his life, Rosa M. Landers on December 3, 1949. He was employed in the graphics printing business as a salesman for over 35 years. Charlie is survived by wife, Rosa Landers; son, Charles (JoAnn) N. Landers, Jr.; daughter, Marilyn Landers (Jim Firth); daughter, Vivian (David) Crenshaw; 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren. A celebration of Charlie's life will be held at Briarlake Baptist Church Chapel on LaVista Road, Friday, March 18, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 p.m. prior to the service in the chapel. Interment will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Rev. Larry Sullivan will be officiating service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Briarlake Baptist Businessmen's Bible Class, which Charlie so loved and appreciated. A. S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home & Crematory.
