Cindy Joan Reynolds

Cindy Joan Reynolds (Paul) b. October 26, 1959, of Stone Mountain, GA, passed away surrounded by family on May 1, 2022. She is survived by husband of 35 years David Reynolds, sons Matthew (wife Samantha), Mitchell (wife Tara), and Michael (son William). She was born and raised in Marshall County Iowa and moved to the Atlanta area in 1979. She received her accounting degree from Georgia State University in 1982, where she met David. She worked in the health care accounting field for 10 years before the birth of her oldest son, after which she devoted her life to raising a growing family. Cindy was a fixture of the local boy scouting community, serving as Committee Chairwoman of Pack 549 for over 10 years and leading countless activities bettering the lives of young scouts. After her youngest son reached high school she reentered the workforce in both the mortgage auditing and tax accounting industries. Cindy battled Lupus (an autoimmune disease) her entire adult life, but she remained steadfast and never let it hold her back. In lieu of flowers, her family asks family and friends to consider a donation to the Lupus Foundation of America.
