Claudine H. Ross

Mrs. Claudine H. "Pee-Wee" Ross, age 81 of Decatur died Monday, December 17, 2007. Mrs. Ross was a registered nurse retiring after 41 years with 27 years of service at DeKalb Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her husband, James F. Ross, and her son, James F. Ross, Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Lynda Smith of Oxford, GA; granddaughter, Ashley Claudine Smith of Oxford, GA; brother, Howard Haworth of Escondido, CA; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons at 2 p.m. Thursday, December 20th, Rev. Winston Lawson officiating. Burial will follow in Dawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, December 19th at A. S. Turner & Sons.
