Clyde Walton Sr., 72, passed away in his sleep after suffering cardiac arrest at home on Monday, May 02, 2016 surrounded by family.
Clyde Walton Sr. is survived by his wife May Robin Walton, son Andre Walton, daughter Andrea Malvoux, daughter Cheryl Moye, son Clyde Walton Jr., daughter Connie Stanford, daughter Cynthia Walton-Maycock, daughter Daneice Stanford, son Donald Stanford, son Eugene Aaron Walton, son in law and daughter Jeffrey & Terri Ann Walton-Bradley, son in law and daughter Joseph & Yolanda Walton-Holt, son in law and daughter Kavin & Tonya Walton, daughter Kecia Holston, son Michael Kerr, daughter Mylaka Malvoux, daughter, Robin Malvoux, son Ronald Stanford, son Stephen Walton, daughter Tamela Valeria Walton, daughter Valerie Walton, son in law and daughter Walter & Natasha Roark and many loving grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family. Clyde Walton Sr. was a loving father, husband, grandfather and friend to all.
Clyde Walton Sr. was the true definition of a man. He was a man who loved his family and worked hard to provide in any and every way he could. He was a man who would be there if you needed an ear to listen and would most definitely have a load of advice to give whether you wanted it or not. He was man who was not afraid to tell you about yourself when needed and give suggestions on corrections you might want to think about making, which he did as a father out of love. He was a man who would be there to help you no matter what the time or situation and despite how much pain he lived with all day every day.
Clyde Walton Sr. operated his own moving and storage company for 30+ years. He enjoyed football, basketball and wrestling. He also enjoyed playing solitaire, writing and was always re-decorating or making improvements at home.
Clyde Walton Sr. was a real man who loved his family with his last heartbeat. Family is what he lived for. He was a REAL MAN with a BIG HEART and SO MUCH LOVE. He left his imprint on so many lives; we will miss him and hold him in our hearts always and forever.

Visitation will be from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at A.S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home on Friday, May 6, 2016. Funeral services will also be at A.S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home on Saturday, May 7, 2016. The reception will follow.
