Mr. Colie Wilson, Jr. died Monday, May 17,2010 after a long illness. He was born in the Pea Ridge Community of Decatur, GA on October 19, 1942 to the late Colie and Annie Wilson and a large family of 14 children. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Joan ; two daughters Susan Bates, Pam and Rod Sieg, all of Decatur; and son Tony and Tara Wilson of McDonough. He is also survived by his six grandchildren, Shane, Ryan and Kyle Sieg, Stacy Bates, Ali and Tory Wilson; four sisters, Sarah Pumo, Jeannette Martin and husband Charles, Mary Godwin and husband Gary, and Chee Chee Shulenberger; and brother, Henry H. Wilson. Mr. Wilson was preceded in death by his brothers, Louie, Curtis, Herbert, Floyd, Russell (Tink), Billy, and Roy; and sister, Mrs. Doris Lockwood. Colie Jr. was the “W” in S&W Towing Services which is still going strong after 26 years. He loved hunting, restoring cars and racing. He went from racing as a young man to watching his grandsons race professionally He loved spending time with his family that he loved so much. Mr. Colie Wilson, Jr. was a wonderful loving husband and Dad. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 19th at 2 p.m. at Rehoboth Baptist Church. He will lie in state from 1 until 2 p.m. prior to the funeral. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 2 until 4 p.m. and 6 until 8 p.m. at A. S. Turner & Sons
