Cynthia Pines Shubert (Bowie), age 45 of Tucker, Ga, passed away Thursday, August 9th, 2012. Memorial services will be held Tuesday, August 14th at 7:00 P.M. at Stone Mountain First Baptist Church 5301 Mimosa Drive (at Ridge Ave), Stone Mountain, Ga 30086. W. Dan Parker, Pastor will officiate. Cindy is survived by her son Cody, her parents Tom and Lou Bowie, her siblings Jim Bowie and Hope Sells and three nephews and one niece. Family will receive friends at the Banquet Hall immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the Colon Cancer Alliance at http://cca.convio.net/goto/CindyShubert. Cindy was a loving mom, daughter, sister, brother, aunt and friend. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her and her bright smile will never be forgotten.
