David P. Bennett, 54, of Decatur died Saturday, November 08, 2008. Surviving are his mother, Joanne Bennett; brother and sister-in-law, Dean and Sue Bennett; nephews, Zack Bennett; and feline companions, Prince and Calico all of Decatur. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, November 11th at 2:00 PM at A. S. Turner & Sons with Reverend William H. Fortner officiating. Interment Melwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. Friends are invited to visit with the family Monday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at A. S. Turner & Sons.
