David Sims

David Sims, 59, of Atlanta, GA, died Tuesday, September 13, 2011. He retired from the DeKalb Water & Sewer Department after 30 years of service. Mr. Sims is survived by his mother, Elaine Sims; sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Kent Burel; and a wonderful extended family. Funeral services will be held Friday, September 16th at 3:00 P.M. in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons with Rev. Kent Burel officiating. Interment will follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia, 3300 N.E. Expressway, Bldg. 9, Atlanta, GA 30341 in David’s memory.
