David Waits, 64, of Social Circle, beloved brother passed away on Tuesday March 22, 2016. David was born in Atlanta and was preceded in death by his parents, David, Sr. and Betty Ann Royals Waits. He is survived by his brother, Jimmy Waits and sister, Patricia George. Services will be held Saturday March 26, 2016 at 11:00 am, A. S. Turner & Sons Chapel.
