Debbie Conner

Debbie Conner, 44, of Atlanta, GA passed away October 5, 2011. A native of Atlanta she was active in the Paralympics in swimming and cycling. She was a member of New Covenant Church of Atlanta and has celebrated 16 years of sobriety. She is survived by her daughter, Kirsten Conner; mother, Virginia Merritt; sister, Dorothy Pirkle and brothers, Thomas Conner Mike Drake, Pete Akins and Chuck Akins; nieces, nephews and one great-nephew. Also surviving are her longtime friends; Nancy Cauthen, Joan Castle, Rosemarie DeMasi, Seena Richman and many others. The memorial service will be Saturday, October 15, 2011 at 1 pm at New Covenant Church of Atlanta, 2091 Faulkner Road, Atlanta, GA 30324 with Pastor Joan Castle officiating.
