This year of 2020 has been a very difficult year in his life, as he struggled with depression, drug addiction and mental health issues. Demetrios was a very gifted & passionate musician, song writer, and poet, learning to play the violin and then guitar at the age of 8. He loved to entertain us with his guitar & many of the melodies that he'd written, a lot of them ad lib. He was also quite the comedian and loved to cheer others in spite of his own , struggles. Demetrios never met a stranger, and had a contagious smile that brightened up our lives and the lives of many others.
