Dennis P. Engler, a loving and caring father, died Friday, August 7, 2009. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy, a graduate of Pen Argyl High School, Pen Argyl, PA. He was a talented dancer and a real character who loved story telling. He is survived by his children, Denise R. Engler Bender of Nazareth, PA, Ricky L. Engler of Mobile, AL, Gregory D.Engler of Hiram, GA, William (Bill) Deitz of Hiram, GA, Michael L. Deitz of Ashland, TN and Tarin M. Engler Flyte of Nazareth, PA; loving, caring companion, Marlene Slade of Dallas, GA; sister & brother-in-law, Terry L. & Donald Strochoz of Belfast, PA; brother, Randy L. Uhler of Belfast, PA; 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; many nieces & nephews; and former wives, Carol L. Stout Engler of Homesdale, PA & Diane K. Engler of Jasper Georgia.
