Dewey Franklin Johnson

Mr. Dewey F. Johnson, 83, of Decatur died Tuesday, April 27, 2010. He was veteran of World War II serving in the U. S. Marine Corps. Mr. Johnson retired from National Linen Service after 45 years of dedicated service. He was a member of Corinth Baptist Church. Mr. Johnson is survived by his wife of 63 years, Betty Johnson; daughters, Brenda Gayle Pinson of Lake Oconee, Sharon Elaine Reese of Stockbridge, Betty Sue Burch of Lake Oconee; sons, Danny Johnson of Taylorsville, Keith Johnson of Flowery Branch; sisters, Reba Surowiec, of Lilburn, Mary Lou Johnson of Lilburn; 11 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons at 11 AM Friday, April 30^th.   Interment Dawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 2 until 4 PM and 6 until 8 PM Thursday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
