Diane Louise Washam

Diane Washam, age 65, of Lawrenceville, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2013, after a long and brave battle with ovarian cancer. She was born in Raleigh, North Carolina, on May 15, 1948. For the past twelve years she has been a vital employee of The Quinn House , a non-profit Outreach Operation in Lawrenceville. She dedicated her life to helping others find their way and over come struggles in adversity through the teachings of Jesus Christ and the resources of The Quinn House. She considered The Quinn House staff and residents part of her family. She is survived by brothers, Thomas Washam and sister-in-law, Carole, Laurel, Maryland, Richard Washam, Atlanta, Georgia; sister, Lynn Bennett, Atlanta, Georgia; nieces, Laura Bennett, Atlanta, Georgia, Erika Barmash, Hanover, Maryland; nephews, Erik Washam, Laurel, Maryland, Daniel Washam, St. Petersburg, Florida , and many loving family members and friends.
