Donald A. Dye

Mr. Donald A. Dye, 77, of Lilburn died Monday, August 10, 2009. He was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Maxine Davis Dye. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca and William Dickens; granddaughter, Jessica Locklar, all of Lilburn; sisters, Willie Sue Malcolm of Clayton, Clara Baldwin of Douglasville, Mildred McCart of Clarksville, IN; brother, Ted Dye of Elberton; and many nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law. Mr. Dye, who worked for the First Baptist Church of Atlanta, never met a stranger. He will be forever loved and forever missed by all those he touched and loved. Graveside services will be held at Mt. Shady Baptist Church Cemetery in Vidalia, GA at 1 p.m. Wednesday, August 12th. A. S. Turner & Sons
