Donna Sharon Lynn Rice

Donna Sharon Lynn Rice, 63, of Snellville, passed away on March 5, 2014. Donna was born in Rome, Georgia, on June 16, 1950. Her parents were Samuel T. and Evelyn C. Ray. She graduated from West Rome High School and worked many years at DeVry Institute of Technology in Decatur in student financial services. Donna is survived by her daughter, Marcy Miles, and her granddaughters, Samantha, Sydney and Savannah. She also leaves behind her life-long friends, Marty and Myra Rice of Snellville. The family expresses much appreciation to Donna's dear friends Vivian, Danna, Sharon and Melody and many others for their unwavering love and support. The family and friends of Donna S. Rice will be forever thankful to the ICU nurses, doctors and staff at Eastside Medical Center in Snellville for many weeks of tireless effort and thoughtful, loving care.
