Doris Florine Titshaw

Doris Florine Titshaw, 84, passed away February 2, 2012. Born January 25, 1928, in Decatur, she was the daughter of the late Horace Cecil & Josephine Goddard Anderson. Mrs. Titshaw was a life long resident of Decatur and was a graduate of Decatur Girls High. She was a self employed bookkeeper, an antique collector and enjoyed cooking for family and friends. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and faithful friend to many. She was a flower fanatic. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years William T. Titshaw. She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Steven Titshaw, Larry Titshaw, both of Flowery Branch, GA, David and Laura Titshaw of Marietta, GA; grandchildren, Jordan Titshaw and Rachel Titshaw; sister, Joyce Miles; sister-in-law, Gwen Anderson of Conyers, GA. The family will receive friends Saturday February 4, 2012, from 2 until 4 pm at the funeral home. The funeral service will be held Sunday February 5, 2012, 1:00 pm in the chapel of A. S.
