Doris Lamb Millege

Mrs. Doris Lamb Milledge, 91, of Atlanta, died Friday, December 21, 2007. She was a native of Lee County, Alabama, but a longtime resident of Atlanta. Mrs. Milledge was a member of Clairmont Presbyterian Church and the LaVista Women's Club. She was an avid bridge player and belonged to many bridge clubs through the years.  She was preceded in death by her husband, John Milledge, Jr., and sister, Faye Lamb Montgomery. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Ann and Jim Clayton of Tifton; June and Lynn Overton of Atlanta; son and daughter-in-law, John and Debby Milledge of Atlanta; six grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Sunday, December 23rd, at 3 p.m. in Decatur Cemetery. Dr. Tom Pipkin will officiate. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Sunday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
