Doris Marie Morrow

Doris M. (Larsen) Morrow, aged 94, passed away on September 14, 2018, from complications after a stroke. Doris was a devoted wife to Elmer B. “Whitey” Morrow for 65 years. They made their home in Decatur, Georgia.

Doris is survived by her son, Thomas B. Morrow (Claudia), and her daughter, Mary Beth Pinckard (Billy). She was a loving grandmother to five grandchildren: Mindy Morrow Watkins, Lauren Pinckard Ellenburg, Hugh Morrow, Lisa Pinckard Ayers, and Clay Pinckard; ten great-grandchildren, and a great-great-granddaughter.

Doris was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, worked until retirement with the Georgia United Credit Union, and was a member of North Decatur United Methodist Church.

A celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, September 23, 2018, at 2:00 PM. The service will be located in the sanctuary of North Decatur United Methodist Church located at 1523 Church Street, Decatur, Georgia, 30030.
