Dorothy Eunice Anderson

Dorothy Dot Eunice Johnson Anderson passed away March 2, 2013, after an acute stroke. She passed peacefully and comfortably under Hospice care. Dot was born on May 24, 1927 in Atlanta to the late Clint Thomas Johnson and Ida Aileen Jordan Johnson. She was the oldest of three children. Dot was predeceased by her brother, Tommy Johnson. She was a member of Avondale Church of Christ in Decatur, GA. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Charlie Anderson; three children, Mike, Marsha, and Mark; 9 grandchildren; 8 great- grandchildren; and sister, Sande Johnson Newman. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at A.S. Turner and Sons from 5-8 pm. A private graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 6, 2013. Ministers Richard Barnes and Eric Owens will officiate. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Georgia AGAPE or Rainbow Omega in Eastaboga, AL. A. S.
