Dorothy L. Street

Mrs. Dorothy L. Street of Decatur died Monday, March 26, 2007.  She was a life long member of Columbia Drive Baptist Church, where she served as a Deacon, Sunday school teacher and a choir member.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred C. Street, son, Philip L. Street, and daughter, Donna Street Watson.  She is survived by her son, Fred R. Street and his wife, Barbara of Harwich, MA; daughters, Jane Street Hooper of Rome, GA, Gina Street Burke and her husband, Mike of Tucker, GA; sister, Jerrie Moon of Lawrenceville, GA; eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, March 28, 2007 at the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons with Dr. J. Don Aderhold officiating.  Interment will be in Decatur Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
