Dr. Ralph E. Duncan, 88, of Tucker, GA passed away November 29, 2011. Ralph is survived by his sons Ronnie (Ann) Duncan and Ryan (Tina) Duncan; grandchildren, Katlyn, Carson, Kelsey and Courtney Duncan; and his sister Louis Delk. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at 11:00 am at Arlington Memorial Park with Rev. Ken Ray officiating. The family suggests those who desire please make contributions to Palmer College of Chiorpractic, 1000 Brady Street, Davenport, IA 52803. Visitation will be Monday from 6 pm until 8 pm at A. S. Turner and Sons
