Earl Woodrow Bowen

On May 4, 2009, Mr. Earl Woodrow Bowen, age 92, entered into rest with The Lord Jesus Christ. He was a World War II veteran serving with the 14th Army Division serving with General Patton in the Battle of The Bulge. Mr. Bowen was a member of Briarlake Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Josephine B. Bowen; son, Richard Bowen; daughter, Jo Ann Bradley; two granddaughters, Donna Guinn, Dina Baird; and two great grandchildren, Eian Baird and Madison Guinn.  A private graveside service will be held in Bonaventure Cemetery in Savannah, Georgia.
